Job description

- Forming and maintaining employee records

- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

Job requirements

- Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field

- At least 1 or 2 years experience in HR field

- Good Command in English, and Chinese is an advantage

- Computer Literate ( Microsoft office)

- Honest, willing to work hard in motivation team

- Good attitude, friendly, art of courtesy and good communication
