- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Maintaining and updating customer database;
- Contacting customers either by phone and/or house visit;
- Following up with customers to inquire where necessary;
- Advertising the housing project to the target customers;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail…etc.)
- Acceptable written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English.
- Able to communicate in Chinese language is a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal communication and convincing skill
- Demonstrate high level of commitment, trust worthy, and honesty
