- Prepare advertising plans and strategies to increase the plaza business activities;
- Organize and run events/activities which can contribute to the increase in the plaza business activity;
- Contact other companies to place their advertisement banners, billboard, and activities at the plaza as part of the plaza revenue stream;
- Develop marketing plan: Conduct market research to get insight understanding of other traditional markets and Use the knowledge to attract vendors;
- Create and design advertising materials to promote the plaza’s businesses;
- Check and verify all leasing agreements, amendment, renewal, termination, and other relevant documents;
- Handle complaints relating to leasing and build rapport with vendors;
- Other tasks assigned by Operation Supervisor or Manager.
