I am Neak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, chairman and board of director for Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation “OCIC”. OCIC is the affiliation corporation under the parental business umbrella of Canadia Integrated Enterprise Group and one of the leading multidisciplinary investment companies in the kingdom, partially shared prominent presence and importance in contributing the investment initiatives to the development of a healthy and prosperous Cambodian society by creating thousands of job and importing potential investors to the country during the last decades.
The company was founded in 2000. Our core expertise, specialty and mission has been much indebted on construction and real estate development and property management in general. Separately specified, our familiarity know-how experience lies in the construction of mixed-use commercial buildings, condos, residential areas, apartments, flats, satellite cities, shopping malls and public physical infrastructures. Critical billion-dollar cost real estate and construction projects such as Chroy Changva Satellite City, Diamond Island City, Olympia City, Cultural Village (Siem Reap province), Rose Condominium, Canadia Tower, Canadia and Cana City Industrial Park, Bassac City Garden, the Olympia Mall, Sorya Center Point.
Ratana Plaza and many other majors projects could not be named have been developed by OCIC and our affiliations. This has shown how tremendous legacy we possess and how massive contribution we embody as the best investment company in the country. Apart from private projects profitably driven, OCIC has also been circulating asset and investment in the construction of infrastructure and public utilities that improve millions of lives across the kingdom. OCIC is ambitious and determined to continue our sharp presence in the country and we will be more addictive to invest our money to build this nation if required. Example of existing flyovers were counted as the followings: Monivong Flyover, 5 Makara flyover, 7 Makara flyover and Steung Meanchey flyover. All sort of proactive investment in the public infrastructure has been motivated in accordance to the visionary blueprint of the royal government of Cambodia to modify the historic city of Phnom Penh to be the 21st century capital. For more than 10 years, our achieved and on-going mission does not focus on personal account of profit, but at large scale drives deliberately to contribute the positive economic growth to achieve competition with regional nations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam whose economic prosperity has been the role model for Cambodia. To the date, our continued presence and success story cannot be made possible without four aspiring factors:
• Stable political environment and peace under the wise leadership of our current government;
• Stable economic growth at rate 7% during the last two decades allowing Cambodia to attain the lower-to-middle income status nation;
