April 2025, Phnom Penh –  Olympia City celebrated Khmer New Year with a blood donation event and vibrant Songkran festivities, marking the celebration with both cultural and charitable activities. In collaboration with Ny Monineath’s Blood Foundation, Olympia City hosted this blood donation event under the theme, ‘’New Year, Celebrate Together with Blood Donation.” On this occasion, the festivities at Olympia Mall featured traditional Khmer games and cultural activities, adding a lively atmosphere to the celebration.

Together with Zhong Ying International School, Sovannaphum Life Assurance, and other sponsors, the blood donation initiative attracted over 250 donors, reflecting strong community engagement during the Khmer New Year celebration. Over the weekend, this community space also set the stage for the celebration of Songkran, featuring Khmer traditional games and dances throughout the day alongside special performances including L’bokator and Lakorn Yike ‘Tom Teav’, fostering a sense of togetherness and drawing large crowds to the area.
