Rose Gardens began construction in December 2007 and completed in December 2012. It forms part of the larger Bassac Garden City development by Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) initiated years prior. With four towers that make up the Rose City Condominiums developed on 8,265 square meters of land and located along the Tonle Bassac River featuring separate 29-storey condominium buildings with a total of 77,671.66 square meters of building area, with 360 well-appointed rooms and suites for modern living style.
