ទីក្រុងរណបជ្រោយចង្វារ ជាមណ្ឌលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាច្រកទ្វារតែមួយគត់ ដែលតភ្ជាប់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ ភាគខាងជើង និងភាគឦសាននៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ទីក្រុងរណបមួយនេះ លាតសន្ធឹងលើផ្ទៃដីប្រមាណ ២៣០ ហិកតាដែលក្រុមហ៊ុន OCIC ទទួលបានសិទ្ធិអភិវឌ្ឍពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០១១ មកម្លេះ។ ទីក្រុងរណបមួយនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំ និងបង្កើតឡើងឱ្យក្លាយជាទីក្រុងដ៏ទំនើបមួយ ដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំទៅដោយអគារពាណិជ្ជកម្មធំៗ សណ្ឋាគារប្រណិតៗ សាលារៀន មន្ទីរពេទ្យ លំនៅឋានអាជីវកម្ម ភោជនីយដ្ឋាន អាហារដ្ឋាន អគាររដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ គ្រឹះស្ថានជាតិ អន្តរជាតិ និងសំណង់អគារតូចធំជាច្រើនផ្សេងទៀត។
The Chroy Changvar Satellite City is a transportation hub for Phnom Penh and a gateway for the capital touted as the crown jewel connecting the northern and north-eastern regions of Cambodia. It is situated east of Phnom Penh, on the leftmost bank of the Chroy Changvar Bridge and serves as an excellent choice for the ever-growing population of Phnom Penh. Through the initiative of OCIC which was granted rights to develop 230 hectares of land in 2011 by the Phnom Penh municipal government. It is designed to be a modern urban complex in Phnom Penh that includes large commercial centers, luxury hotels, urban pedestrian streets, office buildings, residential shophouses and apartments, combining shopping, dining and culture, leisure, schools, and other functions in one, as well as the formation of an independent large-scale business center.
水净华卫星城位于金边市东面,水净华桥东岸左侧,该地区是金边的交通枢纽,也是金边市前往柬埔寨北部和东北部地区的必经之路,是分散金边中心人口的极佳新城之选。 2011年,OCIC通过基建换土地,经金边市政府批准获得水净华约230公顷土地的永久地权,未来计划将其打造成为金边市独创的现代化城市综合体,其包括大型商业中心,高级酒店,城市步行街,写字楼,商住两用的住宅排屋,公寓等,集购物,餐饮,文化,休闲,学校等多种功能于一体,形成独立的大型商贸中心。
