The Mega Asset Management Co. LTD, conducted a training course “Supervisory Techniques” for all business project staff from MAM and OCIC. Particularly, the course was trained by Mr. Chris Anthony, Corporate Director of People and Development and coordinated by Learning and Development team. There were 36 participants, who are supervisors, joint this training. They were divided into 3 groups, 12 participants in each group. Group 1 training was conducted on September 25, 2020. Group 2 was on October 5, 2020, and group 3 was on October 9, 2020. Training venue was at The Olympia City Hotel.

This is a program that is in line with the direction and priority activities of Mega Asset Management for employees and management to develop capacity and skills for better work efficiency and progressive work. In addition, the program provides an opportunity for business project leaders exchange their experiences, abilities and insights with one another and with the experienced trainer, which will be an indispensable intellectual aid for the management to lead and build a solid foundation for their business projects to keep growing.
